Proven aptitude for driving employee culture, maximizing profitability and growing sales and revenue. 
With over 25 years of management and leadership experience, I have successfully led teams generating over $560,000,000 in annual revenue with more than 2,000 employees. Most recently, serving as Vice President and Executive Officer of ULTA Beauty, a Fortune 500 company, I was selected to participate in Chicago’s Leading Women Executives program. My industry expertise has helped clients to develop competitive analysis and strategic plans for future growth.
